On Monday 14th November 2011, our FABULOUS Oak Smoked Salmon WON the Best Fish & Seafood Product of the year at the terribly glamourous DeliciouslYorkshire Awards, held at stunning Rudding park Hotel, in Harrogate.
 
We were thrilled to have not just one product, but two of ours shortlisted; our Oak Smoked Salmon and our Oak Roasted Salmon.  
 
We were ecstatic that our Smoked Salmon took the hard fought title!!
